New Vitara previewed

Based on the iV-4 concept that was resented at last year's Frankfurt Motor Show, the new production Vitara will make it world premiere at the Paris Motor Show this October.

Details, specs and pricing have yet to be revealed, but Suzuki did say that the next gen Vitara will feature ALLGRIP 4WD capability, advanced technology, excellent fuel economy and a range off body and trim personalisation options.

Styling in the image presented reveals a more sculpted appearance, especially in the front end, with a few Range Rover-esque styling touches like the serrated grille bars and small indicator/vent ahead of the A-pillar.

More detailed information will be disclosed at the Suzuki press conference, scheduled for 2pm on Thursday, October 2.
