Mitsubishi launch 'Warrior' edition Triton
Limited to just 200 units nationally, the Warrior will come with a range of extra technology and comfort features, including differential lock, Mitsubishi's advanced Multi Communication System with USB input, voice recognition and Bluetooth, iPhone/iPod connectivity, 8 speaker audio system and MPSS power amplifier, black leather seat trim and 6-way power adjustable driver's seat.
The Warrior's exterior styling is complemented by a Genuine Accessory alloy front nudge bar, flush fit soft tonneau cover and Warrior decal fitted to the front doors. It will be available in Charcoal, Cool Silver, Ironbark and White exterior colours. A Genuine Accessory front protection bar is also available.*
Now available from Mitsubishi dealers nationally, driveaway pricing for the limited edition Warrior is $43,990 with five-speed manual transmission, while the five-speed automatic is $45,990.
Meanwhile, changes to 2015 model year Triton include an upgraded audio system across all models and Bluetooth functionality, mobile phone and iPod hands free operation with voice recognition and steering wheel-mounted audio controls on all GL and GLX models, ensuring the features are now standard across the Triton model range.
All double cab Triton models will be equipped with two ISOFIX child seat anchorage points, while GLX-R Triton gains a black interior colour theme.
2015 model year Triton range are currently available from Mitsubishi dealers nationally.
