Holden release Colorado and Trailblazer ‘Storm’
In both cases, the limited edition Storm variant is based on the LTZ model grade and adds up to $4,800 of extra content in the case of the Colorado, and $3,400 of extra content on the Trailblazer.
“The limited edition Storm package showcases the tried and tested durability of our utes with added style, function and, most importantly, value,” said Jeremy Tassone, Vehicle Development Engineer.
The key addition on this year’s Storm limited edition is an LED light bar that throws out more intense light than even a standard high beam headlight.
In addition to the LED light bar, the Colorado Storm also includes a black front nudge bar and sports bar, a bonnet protector, roof rails and an identifying STORM badge on the flanks. The Storm edition ute also gets a soft-drop tailgate.
On the Trailblazer Storm SUV, a rear sports fascia and body-coloured rear spoiler are added, along with TRAILBLAZER branding on the bonnet lip, STORM badging on the front doors and the same black nudge bar as the Colorado Storm.
Priced from $53,990 for the Colorado Storm auto and $54,990 for the Trailblazer Storm auto (excl. ORCs), both models are a $2,000 premium on the LTZ variants they’re based on.
Both the Colorado and Trailblazer Storm models are eligible for Holden’s seven years’ free scheduled servicing - for vehicles ordered before 31 December, 2019. The seven years’ free scheduled servicing offer comes in addition to Holden’s standard five-year, unlimited kilometre warranty.
