Ford's new Territory
At the rear, tail lights are more angled, and there are twin exhausts built into the rear bumper. The diesel will be powered by the same 2.7-litre turbodiesel V6 that has been used in the Land Rover Discovery, some Jaguars and Peugeot's 407. The 2.7-litre turbo diesel will produce around 140kW of power and a torque of 440Nms. The Territory lineup has been crying out for a turbo-diesel since first launching, and while a turbo petrol variant has come and gone, this will be the first diesel to challenge in an increasingly growing diesel engine market. Ford will also continue to offer the thirstier 4.0-litre six-cylinder petrol engine.
