2007 Toyota LandCruiser 79 Series Workmate cab chassis
With the updated 70 Series LandCruiser recently revealed, expect interest in earlier models like this one to increase.
A 2007-model, with the standard 4.5-litre turbo diesel V8, 5-speed manual transmission and dual-range four-wheel drive, this LandCruiser Workmate cab chassis appears to run the standard suspension (independent front, leaf spring live axle rear) and ventilated disc brakes all round.
The factory steel wheels have been replaced with Sunraysias, but the factory snorkel and side steps remain. An aftermarket bullbar and tray have been fitted, with the latter including drop sides, access steps on the nearside and protective mesh on the hurdle for the rear window.
Inside, variations from stock specification include Sparco pedals, aftermarket floormats, a UHF CB radio and updated head unit for the sound system.
Aside from these additions, the interior appears stock and in good condition overall for a vehicle of this age. Same goes for the exterior. Some minor scratches and wear are evident, but nothing obvious in terms of rust or damage. In fact, for an off-road vehicle of this vintage, it seems to be in very good condition overall.
With 349,568km on the odometer at time of listing, this LandCruiser Workmate cab chassis is described as having long rego remaining.
