2021 VICTORIAN CARAVAN SHOW IS COMING!

The Victorian Caravan, Camping & Touring Supershow is back for 2021, and back PHYSICALLY after the last show held by Caravan Industry Victoria- being virtual.

Presented by Caravan Industry Victoria and proudly partnered by Truma, this year’s Victorian Caravan, Camping & Touring Supershow will run as a COVID-safe event on 13-16 May 2021.

Keeping it COVID safe
To operate in line with the Victorian State Government approval, this year’s Supershow has required several COVID-safe initiatives to be put in place, starting with a new location.

Instead of the Melbourne Showgrounds, the 2021 Supershow will be held at Sandown Racecourse in Springvale. The switch is for this year only, with an anticipated return to the Melbourne Showgrounds in 2022.

Other measures include a dedicated picnic area to ensure social distancing and caps on attendee numbers, limited to 12,000 per day and 7,800 on site at any one time. To ensure these caps are met, Supershow attendees may be required to wait upon arrival at Sandown- this will be communicated by Caravan Industry Victoria to daily attendees via social media, email and on the caravanshow.com.au website.

Finally, and most importantly for showgoers, all tickets will need to be pre-purchase and are available online ONLY. There will be no ticket sales at the gate or via any other method than online pre-purchase.

Tickets remain affordable at just $18 for adults and $15 concession. Kids 15 and under are admitted free and you can also bring your dog (on a lead). Please make sure you book your kids in at the same time as you can’t book kids on their own ticket.

For caravan, motorhome and accessory buyers, Sandown Racecourse will be ground zero this May, with more than 60 caravan companies exhibiting, including big names like Winnebago, Cub Campers, JB Caravans, Avida, Lumberjack, Stoney Creek Campers, Windsor, Avan and more.

Melbourne’s number one AM radio station 3AW will be broadcasting live from the Supershow, with the on-air team interviewing a range of exhibitors and special guests.

You can also keep up to date with everything happening at the Supershow with a new smartphone app. Which will be available in the week leading up to the show- all attendees will be notified when the app is available to be downloaded.

You’ll need the app to enter the ‘Go Make Some Memories’ Passport to Freedom Competition, where great prizes are on offer, including a Lovells suspension kit, towing or GVM upgrade valued at $5,000, a Dometic camping kit valued at $3,453, a Travelvision R7/65 portable satellite system, valued at $2,550 and many more.

To enter the Passport to Freedom Competition, install the app on your smartphone, then seek out the six Passport to Freedom competition stations located on site at the 2021 Victorian Caravan, Camping & Touring Supershow. Scan the QR codes at each station and you’re in the draw.
