This one is special because it is the rare high roof Welcab version with all the high end passenger vehicle interior specifications including rear lining and insulation (its warmer, cooler and quieter than a commercial tin box van), it comes with softer suspension spring rates for a more comfortable ride over bumpy roads and it comes with rear seating air conditioning and heating and rear slide open windows.
