2019 Easter Jeep Safari, USA - Jeep GRAVITY

Another Gladiator-based concept, the Gravity was a showcase of Jeep Performance Parts, with everything on the open-top pickup currently available in the US market.
Inspired by rockclimbing – as evidenced by a graphic on the front guard - Gravity was fitted with a Jeep Performance Parts 2-inch lift kit and Jeep Performance Parts rock rails in a heavy-gauge steel - thicker and wider than the units currently available for Wranglers - and finished in the same powder-coating used on Ram Truck bedliners to provide a non-slip finish.
At the front end, the Gravity added a Mopar satin black grille, with Jeep Performance Parts seven-inch LED lights on the front brushbar, augmented by five-inch LED lights on the A-pillars.
Tube doors and a mesh sunbonnet were from the Jeep Performance Parts range, too.
The wheel and tyre package was made up of 17-inch satin-finish ‘gear wheel’ rims carrying 35-inch BF Goodrich Mud Terrain T/A tyres.
Gravity was running the same 3.6 Pentastar V6 as the Flatbill, upgraded with a Mopar cold-air intake and cat-back exhaust system.
Finished in Punk’N Metallic Orange paint, the exterior was also adorned with black contrast badging and graphics, including Jeep Performance Parts logos on the rear quarters and a very cool graphic on the bonnet depicting the “generations” of Jeep grilles.
At the rear, Gravity was fitted with Mopar cross rails that had been designed to work in concert with a cargo carrier basket above the tray to store rock-climbing gear, such as ropes, carabiners, helmets and shoes. A Mopar/Decked truck bed storage system added further storage options in the form of lockable dual sliding drawers, while still allowing for storage between them and the cargo basket.
Inside the Gravity, it was mostly stock Gladiator trim, with the exception of Katzkin leather seats featuring the Jeep grille logo embroidered in Tungsten stitching.
More Mopar accessories featured here in the form of grab handles stamped with the Jeep grille logo and MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) bags slung off the front seats.
With its ‘open-air’ treatment, all-weather floor mats were a smart addition, while a unique “plug” system in the floors allowed for direct draining of water and debris
