THE STORYThe Austin Healey 100/6 was produced in a 2+2 format (BN4) from 1956 to 1959. In 1958 a 2-seater roadster (BN6) added to the lineup. The 100/6 replaced the previous model, the 100 which had a 4-cylinder engine.The new 100/6 was powered by a “C Series” 2.6 litre straight 6-cylinder engine that put out 117 horsepower. Apart from the substantial engine upgrade, additional improvements included two small rear seats being added, a fixed windshield and a wider radiator grille that was mounted
