After originally buying the car from queensland with the intention on racing in winch challenges, it was in a soft roll over on a social drive, the diesel motor compression locked and ceased, the cab was repairable but once we found the cage that was in it was very poorly built i decided on a ground up rebuild, the car was stripped down to chassis and a new cab was built, the internal cage was built with the cab off the car to insure a very tight fit and maximum interior room and also made sure we could do complete welds without cutting through the floor, the car was fitted with a second hand ls1 and auto, after a very short period the gen3 died and was replaced with an L98 that i built.
The rear tray and cage were built new also, i raced the car at vicwinch 2010 and after running into a few things the car got too ugly for me so, I removed the cab again and replaced all bolt on panels and gave it a colour change.
The car will be sold with 12 months reg but no RWC you will have to supply that. the car has been previously engineered in Queensland for the shortened chassis and ute chop but not the V8 conversion therefor it will be sold unengineered.
It is a very clean and reliable car and with the 38s on it, it will drive most hard tracks around and i have never had any reserve about taking it on hard trips or long distance drives.
